I've been a personal trainer since 2016 but before I made the decision to make a healthy change, my past life was not so healthy.
I was the party girl. I had no problem going out several nights a week to have several drinks. To go along with that my diet was terrible because I'd opt for "hangover foods" instead of something that was actually good for me.
I (for obvious reasons) wasn't feeling my best. I was tired all the time, I didn't sleep well, I had little to no energy, my muscles and body ached. I knew something was up and that I needed to change my habits. I was working out but I knew that just fitness wasn't the answer.
Once I got into fitness and nutrition and started listening to my body I started to feel better. Now, I feel great! And I want to help you feel great through individualized fitness and nutrition coaching!
One thing I believe in is feeling great from the inside out. My goal for you is to feel strong, healthy, and happy while seeing what amazing things your body is capable of and putting less emphasis on appearance.
