Meet Liz!

Hi, team! Thank you so much for being here!

I've been a Calgary personal trainer since 2016 but before I made the decision to make a healthy change, my past life was not so healthy.

I was the party girl and because of that reason, I wasn't feeling my best. I was tired all the time, I didn't sleep well, I had little to no energy, my muscles and body ached. I knew something was up and that I needed to change my habits. I was working out but I knew that just fitness wasn't the answer.

Once I got into fitness and nutrition and started listening to my body I started to feel better. Now, I feel great! And I want to help you feel great through individualized fitness and nutrition coaching!

At M12 Fitness I specialize in beginner fitness you can build on!

What exactly does that mean? It means that regardless of your level of fitness at this moment, everything can be modified to fit YOU! Personal training, Home Workouts, Fitness Challenges...EVERYTHING! You'll only get stronger, healthier, and happier as you go!

 

One thing I believe in is feeling great from the inside out. My goal for you is to feel strong, healthy, and happy while seeing what amazing things your body is capable of and putting less emphasis on appearance.
