The Home Workout Community is for you!
These workouts are considered to be at the beginner/moderate level but modifications are given to make them easier or harder. I encourage you to take things at your own pace. Don't feel the need to keep up!
Start with 2-3 workouts per week, then work your way up!
HOW DOES IT WORK?...
The Home Workout Community is an online fitness service you can use anywhere!
After signing up you'll receive a bounce-back email telling you how to navigate the website and download your nutrition guides.
When you're ready to workout, login to the website using your account login and workout along with Liz via the video player at your own pace!
Once you're finished you're encouraged to check-in in the M12 Fitness member forum to keep yourself accountable. Liz is on the other end waiting to cheer you on and to tell you what a great job you did!
There are NO contracts and you can cancel any time!
Equipment will be used but you can use items from around your home like soup cans, water jugs, and towels.
