I have been a personal trainer in Calgary since 2016, when I decided that I needed to change my *not so healthy* lifestyle! 

My Story

 

From Party girl to loving my body. 

I was tired all the time, I didn't sleep well, I had little to no energy, my muscles and body ached. I knew something was up and that I needed to change my habits. I was working out but I knew that just fitness wasn't the answer.

Once I got into fitness and nutrition and started listening to my body I started to feel better.
